Helicopter Parents

Just finished an article on p.210 of the July issue of Oprah Magazine about Helicopter Parents. It's a little mindblowing the extremes some folks will go to. It was a good read, though I found there weren't enough examples of crazy things dads do, it was mostly about the moms. Anyway, I found it particularly interesting as it referenced Love and Logic, a parenting philosophy and book that I learned about from one of my favorite blogs, melissathemouth.com.
